Dr. Val Rytova
Dr. Val Rytova is a Neuroscientist, passionate about empowering people to have clarity about their brain. With a PhD focusing specifically on brain mechanisms underlying fear-related and anxiety-related behaviour, her expertise is a great asset to exploring the benefits of yoga & meditation practice on these behaviours, as well as day-to-day living.
