Very inciteful episode. I liked the idea that good friends want to be involved when we need help. And yoga is a great helper!

Wisdom for Wellness
Manage stress and maximise your energy and impact.
I understand how easy it is to become trapped in the endless cycle of exhaustion and overwhelm. Feeling disconnected from your purpose, guilty from not doing the activities you ‘should’ do, unbalanced and overstimulated trying to juggle ‘me time’ and the weight of your external responsibilities… it only leads to low energy, poor sleep, headaches, tummy troubles, and ongoing procrastination and excuses.
Here’s the thing, your life doesn’t have to feel like chaos. I promise you, even amongst the business of everyday life, there IS room for joy and vitality; you CAN reconnect with your potential and create lasting positive balance. Together, we can enhance your stress resilience so you can flourish in the life you were created to live – both personally and professionally!
I’m a clinical psychologist, senior yoga instructor, meditation teacher, speaker and podcaster. My passion is integrating modern psychology, lifestyle medicine and mindfulness-based tools to support you thriving in your highest potential! I strongly believe in the mind-body relationship and wrote an award winning dissertation on the psychoneuroimmunological impact of a therapeutic yoga class. Essentially, I nerd out in sharing the research that will help you achieve your intended purpose and wellbeing.
I balance a beautifully busy personal life with two little ones, so believe me when I say I know that with the right tools, stress doesn’t have to hold you back from creating a life you love.

Dr. Kaitlin uses her clinical experience, evidence-based research, and professional interviewing skills to help her listeners improve their wellbeing. In a series of interviews, she shares the wisdom of other leading clinicians about a broad range of mental health topics. There is something for everyone in this series. Episode 21 provides a good overview of the series, if you want to select particular topics, rather than listen to them in sequence.
