She has trained with Brené Brown and has developed expertise in trauma-informed yoga. Bridging the domains of psychology and yoga, Meghan works with her clients in a holistic manner, utilizing aspects of mind, body, and spirit to assist individuals enhance their emotional, psychological, and physical health so that they may live their best life.
